In this article, we will provide some options for your consideration so that when you email us (or better yet, call us to setup a free in-person consultation), you will have a better idea of what to expect and what to look for.
You invited your guests to a ceremony that begins at, say 4 p.m. Some of your guests will arrive 30 min early. That would be the actual starting point of your wedding reception and of our service. Guests should not walk into a silent area. There must be some appropriate background music (such as live saxophone, guitar or a band or just songs played by the DJ). Guests should be greeted and advised what to do next (expectations must be set up) – typically the MC can do that. Your guests must feel comfortable – your MC and your wedding planner (if you have one) should make sure of that.
Have you been to someone else’s wedding in Canada? How was it? 50% of people say “boring”. Some say “the music was great”. How about making your wedding different? You don’t want anyone to say that your wedding was “boring” or that the dinner was “average”, and the music was “just okay”. The program of your party must be structured in the correct way – not too many speeches in a row, not too much music in a row. We can build a custom-made program for you and make sure that it can be easily co-ordinated with the dinner service times.
Is the MC there just to make announcements? –No, anyone can make announcements, you are right, no need to hire an MC for that. Your MC should be able to engage your guests and get them interested and involved in the party. We know how to do that.

Lighting and Fog:
Do you really want to dance in the dark? It does not look good. We can bring you any kind of intelligent lighting – from very affordable through to premium and luxury options. Why do we need fog? – Because the lighting effects will be 3 times more visible (rays of light) if a small amount of water-based fog is present.
With our unlimited service packages, we don’t charge you extra for service hours. You can meet us in the early afternoon and we will be there till late at night if needed – only the flat rate applies. We also meet with you in advance and spend ample time working through all the details of your program.
